nvidia-oot: fix sparse error in tegra_hv driver

Using this patch we are fixing below sparse
errors :-
1. drivers/virt/tegra/tegra_hv.c:950:19: warning:
   passing argument 1 of ‘tegra_hv_cleanup’ discards
   ‘const’ qualifier from pointer target type
   [-Wdiscarded-qualifiers]
2. drivers/virt/tegra/tegra_hv.c:950:26: warning:
   incorrect type in argument 1 (different modifiers)
