conftest: Fix 'type' compile tests

The Conftest Makefile was incorrectly updated changing variable
NV_CONFTEST_TYPE_COMPILE_TESTS to NV_CONFTEST_TYPES_COMPILE_TESTS. Fix
this by correcting the name.
