sound: soc: tegra-alt: Use ARCH_TEGRA_210_SOC

Make use of ARCH_TEGRA_210_SOC instead of ARCH_TEGRA_21x_SOC
so that we can get rid of redundant ARCH_TEGRA_21x_SOC.

ARCH_TEGRA_210_SOC aligns to up-stream as well.
