d814c113bb drm/tegra: Fix build for Linux v6.17 
The arguments to the function drm_helper_mode_fill_fb_struct() and
function pointer fb_create() have been updated in the Linux v6.17. Add
the necessary conftest tests to check for the new variants of these
functions and update the Tegra DRM driver accordingly.

540737a228 drm/tegra: Update to Linux v6.13 
Update the Tegra DRM driver to align with Linux v6.13. A function
pointer 'fbdev_probe' was added to the drm_driver structure in Linux
v6.13 and so use conftest to detect this and make the necessary changes
to the Tegra DRM driver.
