nvethernet: Avoid using mdiobus_c45_addr().
Avoid using mdiobus_c45_addr() as it is
obsolete from K6.3.
Instead use its definition directly.

drivers: Disable broken drivers for Linux v6.3
Several drivers fail to build with Linux v6.3 due to upstream changes in
the Linux kernel. Disable this drivers until a fix is in place.
