c403177a9f dt-bindings: memory: Fix client names for HSS and XUSB 
All HSS clients and XUSB client were having same names causing multiple
defines for same client.
Fix them with appropriate names and client IDs.

909a61eeee dt-binding: Remove unused DT binding headers 
T234 specific dt binding headers were added to support the
overlay DTBO from the nvidia-oot folder. However, all
overlay files are moved to the hardware/nvidia, these
dt-binding headers are no more required.
