Laxman Dewangan 17a785e632 device-tree: Makefile: Make the LINUX VERSION to 6.00 ...

Make the Linux kernel version to the 600 as default for
building generic and legacy DTS from nvidia-oot.

There is no case handled for the <515 on the DTS for OOT
architecture.
