Shubhi Garg 83b0f18aa3 gpio: add max77851 PMIC GPIO driver ...

Adding MAX77851 GPIO driver provided by Maxim.
 - fix k6.3 (kstable and gh100) kernel-only build
 - fix k6.1 and jammy-src kernel-only build with
   CONFIG_REGMAP_IRQ and CONFIG_I2C conditional
   including -werror failures.
