gpu: nvgpu: remove ldiv_slowdown_factor sysfs node

ldiv_slowdown_factor sysfs node is added with change
f9e55fba but it didn't update nvgpu_remove_sysfs() to
remove it. This results in EEXIST error for
modprobe-rmmod-modprobe sequence of nvgpu driver.
