gpu: nvgpu: vgpu: remove debugfs node dump_ctxsw_stats_on_channel_close

Browse Source 
It could cause kernel debug since vgpu cannot dump gr_ctx content.
Also set .dump_ctxsw_stats null in vgpu hal.
