gpu: nvgpu: Replace use of bitops.h and kernel.h

Browse Source 
Remove use of linux/kernel.h and linux/compiler.h. We don't use
anything in those headers.

Also replace use of linux/bitops.h with new wrapper nvgpu/bitops.h.
