gpu: nvgpu: checkpatch: Update for k5.10

- svcacv showed -1 for the new patches due to
  "Unescaped left brace" error.
- Literal braces need to be escaped for latest version
  of Perl(> 5.26).
- Update the checkpatch.pl, spelling.txt files and add
  const_structs.checkpatch for k5.10
