gpu: nvgpu: Add abstraction for firmware loading

Browse Source 
Add nvgpu_firmware data structure, and return it instead of Linux
struct firmare from nvgpu_request_firmware. Also add abstraction
for releasing firmware: nvgpu_release_firmware.
