Philip Elcan	b10ff42480	gpu: nvgpu: unit: init: add SWUT linkages ... The SWUT framework wasn't complete when the init unit test was developed. The SWUT documentation for the init unit test was written during the test development already. Now that the SWUT framework exists, this adds the linkages to include the init SWUT documentation in the actual SWUT.
