Terje Bergstrom	1fc23d1280	gpu: nvgpu: Define watchdog timeout for PCIe ... Watchdog timeout is now zero for PCIe devices. This makes also semaphore acquire timeout to be zero. Fix the timeout to be the same as for platform devices.
