6ecfb593db gpu: nvgpu: Don't use strlcpy()
For Linux v6.8, the function strlcpy() has been removed. The function
strscpy() was added in Linux v4.3 and has been preferred over strlcpy().
See upstream Linux commit 30035e45753b ("string: provide strscpy()") for
more details. The Linux checkpatch.pl script warns against using
strlcpy().

The function strscpy() takes the same arguments as strlcpy(), but
returns a type of ssize_t instead of size_t. Update the NVGPU to use
strscpy() instead of strlcpy().

c36752fe3d gpu: nvgpu: sim: make ring buffer independent of PAGE_SIZE
The simulator ring buffer DMA interface supports buffers of the following sizes:
4, 8, 12 and 16K. At present, it is configured to 4K and it  happens to match
with the kernel PAGE_SIZE, which is used to wrap back the GET/PUT pointers once
4K is reached. However, this is not always true; for instance, take 64K pages.
Hence, replace PAGE_SIZE with SIM_BFR_SIZE.

Introduce macro NVGPU_CPU_PAGE_SIZE which aliases to PAGE_SIZE and replace
latter with former.

95bb19827e gpu: nvgpu: add sw quiesce
For safety build, nvgpu driver should enter SW quiesce state
in case an uncorrectable error has occurred. In this state, any
activity on the GPU should be prevented, without powering off the GPU.
Also, a minimal set of operations should be used to enter SW quiesce
state.

Entering SW quiesce state does the following:
- set sw_quiesce_pending: when this flag is set, interrupt
  handlers exit after masking interrupts. This should help mitigate
  an interrupt storm.
- wake up thread to complete quiescing.

The thread performs the following:
- set NVGPU_DRIVER_IS_DYING to prevent allocation of new resources
- disable interrupts
- disable fifo scheduling
- preempt all runlists
- set error notifier for all active channels

Note: for channels with usermode submit enabled, userspace can
still ring doorbell, but this will not trigger any work on
engines since fifo scheduling is disabled.

001dbdb2fc gpu: nvgpu: fix tegra_pcie_detach/attach_controller API for K4.14
For K4.14, the pci driver is enabled with CONFIG_PCIE_TEGRA=y. The
check of dummy APIs doesn't capture this config. Fix this to use
tegra_pcie_detach/attach_controller() APIs from the pci driver.

7cec4ba326 gpu: nvgpu: add platform control for gc off
The GC-OFF feature shall be available only for selective
dGPUs like Volta, etc. To enable this, add a platform flag
to control GC-OFF feature for a given dGPU.

If GC-OFF is not enabled for a dGPU, EPERM error will be
returned by kernel interfaces.

b9e7ea65e1 gpu: nvgpu: Fix LibC MISRA 17.7 in os/linux
MISRA Rule-17.7 requires the return value of all functions to be used.
Fix is either to use the return value or change the function to return
void. This patch contains fix for all 17.7 violations instandard C functions
in OS/Linux interface.

ff3cafa134 gpu: nvgpu: add nvgpu power off/on sysfs nodes
Add sysfs nodes to manage power of dGPU. Writing
pci dev name to poweroff/poweron sysfs node powers
off/on dGPU.

The format of pci dev name is DDDD:BB:DD.F i.e.
domain:bus:device.function

echo 0001:01:00.0 > /sys/bus/pci/drivers/nvgpu/poweroff
echo 0001:01:00.0 > /sys/bus/pci/drivers/nvgpu/poweron

The permissions of nodes are set such that only root
user can write to the sysfs node to control dGPU power
state.

8c7b542810 gpu: nvgpu: capture stats for pci gpu power off/on
Use a debugfs node to export statistics of dgpu power on
and power off events. The stats capture number of
powerons and pwoeroffs, min/max/avg poweron and poweroff
latency.

237af3ef86 gpu: nvgpu: add interface to power on-off gpu
The power rail of dGPU is managed with help of a set of
GPIOs. Using those GPIOs add an interface to power off and
power on dGPU.

Before dGPU is powered off, new work is blocked by setting
NVGPU_DRIVER_IS_DYING and current jobs are allowed to finish
by waiting for gpu to be idle.

The tegra PCIe controller driver provided APIs
tegra_pcie_attach_controller() and tegra_pcie_detach_controller()
are used to manage PCIe link shutdown, PCIe refclk management
and PCIe rescan.
