3e841d6a37 gpu: nvgpu: Fix kmem debugging
Make the kmem debugging prints much more easily usable. Previously the
prints would only take effect if the full tracking was enabled:

  CONFIG_NVGPU_TRACK_MEM_USAGE

However, there are many times when just the debug prints would be nice
to have by simply setting the log mask bit in the log mask.

  echo 0x80000 > /sys/kernel/debug/<gpu>/log_mask

Also this change now uses the real nvgpu_log() function instead of the
legacy nvgpu_dbg() function. This makes the logging appear with proper
GPU printing as well.

6090a8a7ee gpu: nvgpu: move debugfs code to linux module
Since all debugfs code is Linux specific, remove
it from common code and move it to Linux module

Debugfs code is now divided into below
module specific files :

common/linux/debug.c
common/linux/debug_cde.c
common/linux/debug_ce.c
common/linux/debug_fifo.c
common/linux/debug_gr.c
common/linux/debug_mm.c
common/linux/debug_allocator.c
common/linux/debug_kmem.c
common/linux/debug_pmu.c
common/linux/debug_sched.c

Add corresponding header files for above modules too
And compile all of above files only if CONFIG_DEBUG_FS is set

Some more details of the changes made

- Move and rename gk20a/debug_gk20a.c to common/linux/debug.c
- Move and rename gk20a/debug_gk20a.h to include/nvgpu/debug.h

- Remove gm20b/debug_gm20b.c and gm20b/debug_gm20b.h and call
  gk20a_init_debug_ops() directly from gm20b_init_hal()

- Update all debug APIs to receive struct gk20a as parameter
  instead of receiving struct device pointer
- Update API gk20a_dmabuf_get_state() to receive struct gk20a
  pointer instead of struct device

- Include <nvgpu/debug.h> explicitly in all files where debug
  operations are used
- Remove "gk20a/platform_gk20a.h" include from HAL files
  which no longer need this include

- Add new API gk20a_debug_deinit() to deinitialize debugfs
  and call it from gk20a_remove()
- Move API gk20a_debug_dump_all_channel_status_ramfc() to
  gk20a/fifo_gk20a.c

be7f22db8b gpu: nvgpu: use nvgpu specific lock APIs in kmem
Use lock/mutex APIs from nvgpu/lock.h instead of
using Linux specific APIs in kmem.c
This patch is needed in order to remove Linux
dependency from nvgpu driver

2e338c77ea gpu: nvgpu: remove duplicate \n from log messages
nvgpu_log/info/warn/err() internally add a \n to the end of the message.
Hence, callers should not include a \n at the end of the message. Doing
so results in duplicate \n being printed, which ends up creating empty
log messages. Remove the duplicate \n from all err/warn messages.

648f43fe1e gpu: nvgpu: Remove linux includes from kmem.h
Remove the Linux includes that are included from <nvgpu/linux/kmem.h>.
These includes leak into the core code and make it easy for Linux
specific functions and APIs to be accidentally called.

The only place that includes the Linux headers is now the Linux API
implementation code.

b3e1ce04b9 gpu: nvgpu: Put debugfs dependencies inside #ifdef
Put all debugfs dependencies inside #ifdef CONFIG_DEBUG_FS. This
includes some functions in allocators that were used only for
debugging.

Remove include of linux/debugfs.h on files that do not deal with
debugfs.

linux/debugfs.h implicitly included linux/fs.h, which we relied on.
Add explicit include of linux/fs.h for all files where this is the
case.

7665421874 gpu: nvgpu: Replace use of bitops.h and kernel.h
Remove use of linux/kernel.h and linux/compiler.h. We don't use
anything in those headers.

Also replace use of linux/bitops.h with new wrapper nvgpu/bitops.h.

6022b4cf6b gpu: nvgpu: common: linux: Use new error macros
gk20a_err() and gk20a_warn() require a struct device pointer,
which is not portable across operating systems. The new nvgpu_err()
and nvgpu_warn() macros take struct gk20a pointer. Convert code
to use the more portable macros.

707ea45e0f gpu: nvgpu: kmem abstraction and tracking
Implement kmem abstraction and tracking in nvgpu. The abstraction
helps move nvgpu's core code away from being Linux dependent and
allows kmem allocation tracking to be done for Linux and any other
OS supported by nvgpu.

cf0ef133e6 gpu: nvgpu: Move kmem_caches to allocator
Instead of using a single static kmem_cache for each type of
data structure the allocators may want to allocate each
allocator now has its own instance of the kmem_cache. This is
done so that each GPU driver instance can accurately track how
much memory it is using.

In order to support this on older kernels a new NVGPU API has
been made,

  nvgpu_kmem_cache_create(struct gk20a *g, size_t size)

To handle the possibility that caches cannot be created with
the same name.

This patch also fixes numerous places where kfree() was wrongly
used to free kmem_cache allocs.
