gpu: nvgpu: posix: MISRA rule 15.6 fixes

MISRA rule 15.6 requires that all if/else/loop blocks should be enclosed
by brackets. This patch adds brackets to single line if/else/loop blocks
in the POSIX code.

nvgpu: posix: Add support for backtrace
...
Add support for backtrace prints when BUG() is being called.
To support backtrace calls, the -rdynamic compiler flag is
now being used. On host, it fully works as expected, on
target only exported symbols (in libnvgpu-drv.export) are
visible.

gpu: nvgpu: posix: Change BUG() to raise signal

BUG() was causing a hang which would cause issues in
automated tests. Instead now BUG() will raise a signal
and kill the thread that called BUG().
