gpu: nvgpu: unit: increase rbtree coverage
This patch increases line and branch coverage in the rbtree unit test
by targeting a number of corner cases in the unlink/rebalancing
routines.

Adds a unit test module for interface.rbtree. This module covers
all the APIs of rbtree, 90% of statements and 81% of branches.
