vinodg	7f73c5fc20	gpu: nvgpu: add missing gops_gr hal to target section. ... Add missing gops_gr_setup, gops_gr_init, obj_ctx, global_ctx, fs_state, gops_gr_falcon hal function to the the target section. Remove # from the target function name to keep consistency.
