Presently, gk20a_user_deinit is used to remove all device nodes
including "power" node as well.
Split removal of power node into a separate function
gk20a_power_node_deinit to enable other device removal during the
normal runtime_suspend path to facilitate the fast path for MIG
reconfiguration. Powernode can be removed only during a call to
Rmmod. This also enables separately powering off the device nodes
in the unlikely case of a poweron failure.

With genpd based runtime PM, the device railgating is managed by the PM
core and the nvgpu manages the clocks. To suspend/resume the device for
idling/unidling while initializing secure alloc, runtime PM is to be
enabled during probe.
nvgpu platform railgate handlers will be only managing the clocks.
During probe, the nvgpu driver poweroff/poweron are not to be
invoked as part of driver runtime suspend/resume hence probe
state is added.
After platform probe initializes the clock, explicit runtime resume of
the device is required to sanely suspend it during gk20a_do_idle.
Runtime PM configuration differs based on the NVGPU_CAN_RAILGATE
capability, hence the runtime PM is enabled ("truly") only for
the duration of nvgpu_probe and then the state is reverted at
the beginning of gk20a_pm_late_init.

Remove static class definition and registration for iGPU and dGPU.
Create the class dynamically in gk20a_user_init() and setup the callback
function to create devnode name based on GPU type.
For now add nvgpu_pci_devnode() callback for dGPU that sets correct
dev node path for dGPUs. For iGPU, Android apparently does not honor dev
node path set in callback and hence override the device name for iGPU
with function nvgpu_devnode().
Destroy the class in gk20a_user_deinit().
This will overall be helpful in adding multiple classes and dev nodes
for each GPU instance in MIG mode.
Set GPU device pointer as the parent of new devices created with
device_create(). This is helpful in getting GPU device name in
callback function nvgpu_pci_devnode().
Update functions to not pass class structure and interface names :
nvgpu_probe()
gk20a_user_init()
gk20a_user_deinit()
nvgpu_remove()
Remove static interface name format like INTERFACE_NAME since it is no
longer needed.
Update GK20A_NUM_CDEVS to 10 since there are 10 dev nodes per GPU right
now.

Linux kernel has a default 32-bit segmentation boundary for
any device that doesn't explicitly configure it. When nvgpu
tries to allocate a larger memory > 4GB, iommu_dma_map_sg()
function in the kernel will take this boundary into account
and add an internal padding to the allocated IOVA space:
|<---IOVA space 1--->|<---padding--->|<---IOVA space 2--->|
When DMA reads/writes the memory using this discountinued
IOVA space, it may end up with accessing the padding part,
instead of the IOVA space 2.
So this patch adds dma_set_seg_boundary() to nvgpu driver,
by maximizing the segmentation boundary up to DMA_BIT_MASK
to ensure a continued IOVA space.

In order to let the IRQ handlers know about the nvgpu power-on state
gk20a.power_on_state variable has to be protected through spinlock

methods which added complexity to know status of PMU
support.
Changed to replace multiple methods with support_pmu
flag to know the PMU support, support_pmu will be updated
at init stage based on platform/chip specific settings
to know the PMU support status.
Cleaned up support_pmu flag check with platform specific
PMU members in multiple places & moved check to
public functions

Move corresponding header (gk20a/regops_gk20a.h) to include/nvgpu/regops.h
Move rest of the platform HAL files to common/regops/ as well
Fix all the header includes to include new public header
Remove *_apply_smpc_war() declarations from headers. Corresponding

Rename __nvgpu_set_enabled() to nvgpu_set_enabled(). The original
double underscore was present to indicate that this function is a
function with potentially unintended side effects (enabling a feature
has wide ranging impact).
To not lose this documentation a comment was added to convey that this
function must be used with care.

Nvgpu uses many ways to check if sync points are enabled. The four
ways used to be:
platform->has_syncpoints
g->has_syncpoints
nvgpu_is_enabled(g, NVPGU_HAS_SYNCPOINTS)
gk20a_platform_has_syncpoints()
This patch standardizes all usage to now be nvgpu_has_syncpoints()
which is based on gk20a_platform_has_syncpoints() - just renamed to
be general to nvgpu.
All usage of the other forms have now been consolidated. However,
under the hood nvgpu_has_syncpoints() does check the is_enabled
flag. This flag is now set where g->has_syncpoints used to be set
based on the platform data.
The basic dependency chain is this:
nvgpu_has_syncpoints -> NVGPU_HAS_SYNCPOINTS ->
platform->has_syncpoints
However, note: there are several places where syncpoints can be
disabled if some other driver initialization fails (for ex. host1x).
Also note that nvgpu_has_syncpoints() also considers a disable
variable set by debugfs.

to <nvgpu/gk20a.h>
2) os_fence_android_sema.c indirectly was dependent on gk20a.h via

os_fence_android_sema.c and replaced the header with forward
declaration of struct gk20a in semaphore.h

Restrict access to devfreq when there are active set requests in the
clk_arbiter. We make the following changes in the patch.
1) Add a global counter in the struct gk20a named clk_arb_global_nr which
is used to track the number of active set requests in the system.
2) Anytime a set request is successfully made by the userspace,
clk_arb_global_nr is incremented by 1 and during the completion of
request(releasing the corresponding file handle), clk_arb_global_nr is
decremented by 1.
3) gk20a_scale_target(invoked by devfreq to set the new frequency based
on load) atomically checks clk_arb_global_nr. If the value = 0, the
code simply continue or else if its > 0, it quits thus making devfreq
requests mutually exclusive with the clk_arbiter.

Using two separate locks (poweron_lock and poweroff_lock)
allows concurrent gpu power-on and power-off. This shall
not happen as driver won't be able to maintain correct
gpu state.
Use a single power_lock to manage gpu power state. This
lock will be used to manage gpu power state from multiple
triggers like gpu idle, gpu gc-off, etc.

Adding a comptag_mem_deduct in the platform_gk20a has certain problems:
1) It's not really convenient for platform users to configure it.
2) All products using the same GPU have to share the same configuration.
So this patch moves this comptag_mem_deduct from struct platform_gk20a
to struct gr_gk20a (per device). And it adds an sysfs node for products
or platform users to easily configure from user space.
Note: The comptag memory will not be allocated until the GPU driver goes
through the final poweron routine. So the user space has a small window
to configure this sysfs node.
