Introduce hooks for reporting the following ctxsw errors.
CTXSW_WATCHDOG
CTXSW_CRC_MISMATCH
FAULT_DURING_CTXSW

Add missing accessors for CTXSW interrupt registers and
CRC error mailbox enumeration type.
