Thomas Fleury 03c2d969c2 gpu: nvgpu: update VBIOS version for PG189 SKUs
Update minimal VBIOS version requirement:
- 90.04.95.00.07 for SKU 600/606
- 90.04.96.00.06 for SKU 601 QS
