Seema Khowala 202e066d4e gpu: nvgpu: move fifo specific gpu_ops out of gk20a.h ...

gk20a.h will include gops_member.h where member corresponds to the
member of gpu_ops.

This is needed to doxygen HALs at high level without
exposing chip specific hal files.
