Philip Elcan 57d1d0af03 Revert "gpu: nvgpu: unit: nvgpu.interface.atomic unit test" 
The atomics unit test was causing the kernel_submit test to exceed the
timeout limit of 600s.

This reverts commit 0e6bdc26ae.
