Alex Waterman 71ab9800cd gpu: nvgpu: Add raw data dump for profiler ...

Add the ability to dump raw data from the profiler. The kernel driver
can provide some simple analysis, but ultimately a userspace tool
such as python, R, matlab/octave, or the like, is far better suited
for data analysis and visualization.
