Avoid including the HW headers directly in the HAL listings: add indirection functions for the two ops that were naked: - runlist.eng_runlist_base_size - runlist.runlist_entry_size GV100 gets a new fifo HAL file as base_size is the first one (and currently the only one) of GV100-specific ops.
