Sumit Singh 70b3f2b1c3 Revert "gpu: nvgpu: clean-up the code" ...

As CONFIG_PM_GENERIC_DOMAINS_OF is disabled for l4t, so we have to
revert this cleanup, because removed portion of code is getting used
by l4t.
