Add new NVGPU_SUPPORT_MAPPING_MODIFY enable flag that is used to control the value of the exported NVGPU_GPU_FLAGS_SUPPORT_MAPPING_MODIFY flag. These flags are currently only enabled on linux in non-virtualized environments.
