Philip Elcan 8c2d7f5ff1 gpu: nvgpu: fifo_gk20a: MISRA 10.3 errs in consts ...

MISRA 10.3 forbids assigning an object with a narrower essential type
or of a different essential type.  This addresses the file
fifo_gk20a.c where constants were in violation.
