Vaibhav Kachore 85e6ccc4b3 gpu: nvgpu: remove dGPU specific code ...

- This variable was introduced for MaxP/MaxQ feature which is
supported only on dGPU.
- This patch removes this code from safety build as dGPU is not
supported on it.
