Alex Waterman 194fac7f3c gpu: nvgpu: Remove clutter in engine code ...

Remove the get_mask_on_id() HAL and replace it's usage with the
global nvgpu_engine_get_mask_on_id() function. There's no need
to have this function as a HAL.
