Vaibhav Kachore 5d26d84ad5 gpu: nvgpu: fix memory leak in fecs ring setup ...

- If fecs ring buffer is already allocated,
and then if user calls fecs ring buffer ioctl,
memory leak will occur. This patch fixes it.
