vinodg 2a81cea0e0 gpu: nvgpu: unit: setup preemption error test
Add Setup set_preemption_mode error tests with
test_gr_setup_preemption_mode_errors function.

Update Doxygen for test_gr_setup_preemption_mode_errors.
