The function pointers for the syncpoint and semaphore implementations of struct nvgpu_channel_sync do not change in runtime. Make this more explicit by having the pointers in predefined private structures. Each instance of a sync (which there are one per open channel) gets a pointer to an ops structure instead of a list of all the individual ops.
