atanand 2ebc0bdf98 gpu: nvgpu: add broadcast to unicast expansion
Add broadcast to unicast expansion for NV_PLTCG_LTCS_MISC_LTC_PM and
PMM*_[GPC|FBP]SROUTER broadcast registers for non-resident regops.
