Alex Waterman 12e71f22f8 gpu: nvgpu: Use correct GPL for swprofile_debugfs.[ch]
These two files were not using the correct GPL license format
for the nvgpu Linux OS code. Corretc this.

Also fix the header guard define in swprofile_debugfs.h since
it did not quite match the header file name.
