Konsta Holtta e648ea1e0b gpu: nvgpu: depend on gk20a for all configs ...

Depend on the main GK20A config for all subitems so that they get
grouped properly under the top level item in the menuconfig.

Also remove an extraneous CONFIG_ to make the trace printk config
visible in the menu when its deps are there.
