Passing branch of nvgpu_timeout_peek_expired was not covered due to jump over it in nvgpu_falcon_mem_scrub_wait. Remove that jump to cover the branch. Add unit test for covering the error handling in case of read from DMEM control register returns invalid data using fault injection.
