Krishna Reddy 39b354da6e gpu: nvgpu: update the config option check for T186 SID ...

Compile T186 SID setup under CONFIG_NV_TEGRA_MC. dt-bindings header
tegra-swgroup.h is needed for nvidia MC sources which are built
under this config, hence using it.
