Instead of referencing the header from $NVGPU/drivers/gpu/nvgpu/common reference it from $NVGPU/drivers/gpu/nvgpu. This makes the POSIX compilation happy since we don't do a -Idrivers/gpu/nvgpu/common. Not sure exactly why the regular kernbel build does this but it probably should not.
