ASoC: tegra-alt: changes for kernel-4.4

Changes are done as needed for kernel 4.4 transition.

- select SND_SOC_COMPRESS for offload
- register jack at card level
- use snd_soc_dapm_to_codec() to access codec from widget
- use CONFIG_SND_SOC_TEGRA210_ADSP_ALT for adsp code
