Replace use of WARN or WARN_ON kernel with dev_warn to improve logging
behavior. This change ensures that error conditions are reported with
clear informative messages rather than kernel stack traces that can
flood logs.
Additional information:
- The files `drivers/platform/tegra/rtcpu/debug.c` and
`drivers/platform/tegra/rtcpu/hsp-combo.c` present in the original
codebase were deleted as part of unrelated refactoring in the
target repository; hence, changes related to these files in the
patch were not applied.
- Additional changes are done to replace WARN_ON at other places.

Add detailed Doxygen documentation across all files in the RTCPU subsystem.
This documentation effort follows SWUD Doxygen guidelines and provides
complete API documentation for the entire RTCPU codebase.
Use Cursor Agent to generate SWUD doxygen headers

Instead of relying on kernel version to determine if the 'remove'
callback for the 'bus_type' structure return an integer or void, add a
compile time test to the conftest.sh script to determine this at compile
time for the kernel being used. This is beneficial for working with 3rd
party Linux kernels that may have back-ported upstream changes into
their kernel and so the kernel version checks do not work.

The RTCPU driver has a dependency of the following kernel modules:
clk-group
device-group
reset-group
Rather that builds all these source files as individual drivers, which
is bloating the number of kernel modules required, compile these source
files into the main RTCPU kernel module.
Finally, remove any unneeded header files from the ivc-bus driver.

The RTCPU driver fails to build with Linux v5.14 as an out-of-tree
module because the return type of the bus_type remove callback is int
and not void. Make the necessary changes to allow the RTCPU driver to
build for Linux v5.14+ kernels.

Port RTCPU drivers from kernel/nvidia to kernel/nvidia-oot.
In addition to copying the files this patch:
1) Modifies make files to build rtcpu drivers as modules
2) Modifies licenses of all ported files to SPDX
3) Adds MODULE_LICENSE macro to all modules
4) Removes checks for old kernel versions and the dead code after those checks
5) Fixes style errors according to checkpatch.pl
