The config variables CONFIG_MAXIM_GMSL_DP_SERIALIZER and CONFIG_TI_FPDLINK_DP_SERIALIZER are set as m inside the Makefile for OOT build. As the dp serializer driver inside nvidia-oot only build as module and there is no Kconfig, remove these config variables.
