Ketan Patil 1cfbb80f3c platform: tegra: mc-utils: Enable debugfs node ...

Enable debugfs node of mc-utils number of mc channels for t264.
Due to this change, we don't have to enable debug logs while verifying
mc-utils. This will save our time during bringup.
