Bitan Biswas 539a7841f3 drivers: fix k5.9 build errors ...

Fix linux-5.7-rc5 build in below source files:
	- mmc.c __mmc_switch 7th argument removed for downstream patches.
	- pwm-fan.c - remove unmatched #if PM_SLEEP
	- i2c-tegra.c , arm-smmu-nvidia.c and tegra_machine_driver.c
