Laxman Dewangan 7c1da7c4a9 host1x: Remove Makefile to prepare for host1x integration ...

host1x driver is available in the kernel/nvidia and to
integrate with git history, it is required to remove the
dummy Makefile.

Remove the dummy Makefile.
