Laxman Dewangan cb92d33b4e cvnas: Set config variable when build as OOT module ...

When cvnas driver is build as OOT module, it is required
to set the following config.
	CONFIG_TEGRA_FUSE_UPSTREAM
	CONFIG_TEGRA_CVNAS

Set these config when CONFIG_TEGRA_OOT_MODULE is set.
