gpu: nvgpu: restore 50ms unmap wait for fixed bufs

Increase sync-unmap wait time from 5 ms to 50 ms.
6ccac11b4dd1a4eaf9c914fd567cdf7922184e28 decreased the wait tenfold, so
this puts it back.
