gpu: nvgpu: separate private data from netlist.h

Moved following defines and structures to netlist_priv.h from netlist.h

struct netlist_region
struct netlist_image_header
struct netlist_image
struct netlist_gr_ucode
struct nvgpu_netlist_vars

Also moved netlist region defs to netlist_priv.h from netlist.h
